Position Summary:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving product adoption and sales growth of Esopredict within assigned medical practices and affiliated health systems. This role focuses on building strong relationships with gastroenterologists, foregut surgeons, clinical teams and key stakeholders to promote Esopredict’s clinical value. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in medical diagnostics or pharmaceutical sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient journey.
Previse is in a strategic growth mode and we are looking for strong sales talent in the following territories. The decision to fill a role in a territory is dependent on the selected candidate's ability to independently and effectively build immediate traction.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving the adoption of Esopredict in assigned territories.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including gastroenterologists, foregut surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and healthcare administrators, to drive test utilization.
- Develop and execute territory and account-specific sales strategies that align with Previse’s business objectives.
- Lead educational discussions, sales calls, and presentations to demonstrate the value of Esopredict.
- Navigate complex healthcare systems and practices to gain access, influence decision-making, and secure commitments.
Account Management and Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, practices, and key stakeholders.
- Understand the patient journey and identify opportunities for improving clinical decision-making and patient outcomes through Esopredict.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing high-quality customer support, ongoing education, and timely responses to inquiries.
- Capture key customer insights, including market trends and competitive landscape, and input them into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Regularly seek feedback from customers on their experience with Esopredict and work with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
- Leverage market intelligence, sales data, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and optimize focus.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, and leadership) to shape messaging and sales approaches.
- Participate in regional and national conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and product developments.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Conduct all business activities to the highest ethical and professional standards, aligning with Previse guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements for vaccination, credentialing, and access protocols.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales (diagnostics, molecular testing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of gastroenterology and molecular diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company motor vehicle requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience working with gastroenterologists and health system decision-makers.
- Background in commissioned, high-value sales with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and virtual sales platforms.
- Experience launching novel diagnostics or medical devices in a competitive market.
